On October 10, 2018, the Transformation Implementation Unit (TIU) held the MyHR+/HR Shared Services Sensitisation Session at the Knutsford Court Hotel where 30 HR practitioners from ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) in phase one of MyHR+ were provided with a progress update on the project.
The attendees had the opportunity to ascertain a better understanding of how MyHR+ will be integrated with the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC). They were also given the opportunity to provide necessary feedback on their user experience since the roll out of the MyHR+ in their respective entities.
It was clear from the feedback that MDAs were valued the system and had high expectations of the continued impact on productivity and assisting HR and payroll in serving the needs of the employees and the supporting organisational growth.
In terms of integration, MyHR+ will provide the platform on which the HRSSC will deliver services and so HR shared services will be rolled out to MDAs using MyHR+.
At present, 12 ministries, departments and agencies are using MyHR+, and the system will be eventually rolled out to all government entities.
